Forming, pressing and punching lubricants are mainly oil based. New generation alternatives based on synthetic chemistries and water based versions are also available, especially for chlorine free formulation. All our products are designed to simplify cleaning operations, be environmentally friendly as possible and easier to handle. Gruebb develops all types of products and prefers to formulate a for specific applications rather than offer an off the shelf product. It works out more cost effective in the long run. We are especially helpful in developing an overall solution for pressing and cleaning. Below is a list of a few of our products. We prefer not to show the full range as this usually confuses. AL101 is oil emulsifiable product used to form aluminium ventilation/windowframe units. Excellent performance over the past 4 years in service with a high output plant in the UK.
S6200 is a higher performance stainless steel pressing oil used at a major manufacturer pressing complex meter housing with excellent results, the best they've ever seen.
S6200W is the cousin of S6200, containing surfactants to aid component washing in aqueous cleaning systems.
S7600 is for deep drawing and wall ironing of monel, copper, brass, nickel etc. Chlorine free.
