COLD HEADING OILS
Cold heading is a mild form of cold forging. It is most commonly associated with the production of nails, bolts, nuts, screws and washers from wire stock. It is common practice to use oil based lubricants with good EP properties to extend tool and die life with a range of different viscosities to suite each application. We developed our lubricant expertise on the factory floors of mills in southern Taiwan and later in ultra modern facilities making high quality stainless steel components in Malaysia.
