Ziedex CRX

 Ziedex CR replaced a specialist imported product at a large seamless stainless steel tube manufacturer in the UK.  The lubricant works by depositing a "plastic film" upon evaporation of the solvent.  Once dry, the film allows severe reductions of around 50%+  depending on materials drawn.  Ziedex CR is based upon an environmentally friendly solvent, unlike many competitor products.   Ziedex CRX is a step up in performance from CR, giving less die wear and chatter, smoother, brighter tubes.  Can also be used for other severe and hard metal drawing applications.
